Global Couture ships worldwide. International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping cost assessed during checkout.
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for shipping.
Please allow 3-14 business days to process order and ship package. A tracking number will be emailed to you for your convenience.
If you purchased an item from globalcouture.net and want to exchange it for a different size (at the same purchase price) you can do so by returning the item, within 10 days of receiving the shipment to our return address. Print out a copy of your original receipt and a written explanation of the item(s) you would like to evenly exchange and include it with your package. Return shipping labels will not be included. Shipping will be your responsibility. Merchandise must be in its original condition.
Payment will not be reimbursed due to print pattern inconsistency of a selected print. No two products will look alike. Concerns with quality will be discussed and considered for reimbursement. All disputes, quality concerns and mailing issues should be addressed to [email protected]
